I hope by 8pl8 you mean in total, as in 4pl8 on each side, which is just called 4pl8. If so, you can probably reach a 4pl8 squat natty, a 4pl8 dead is ez to get to natty.

literally no
youll have delusional 1 year lifters telling me otherwise, or saying "dont blame your own shitty genetics for natty lifting being useless"

>big
>200lb
Manlet?

do u mean a combined squat and dead of 8 plates?

6 plate dead and 5 plate squat if you are genetically lucky.
5 plate dead and 4 plate squat for most men.
This is after 7-10 years of training.

I'm 6'2 - 210 and do 8 plate deadlift. Squat I don't do anymore but of course it is. I'm assuming you mean 415 lbs.

>415
thats four pl8 man
unless you are a genetic freak and basically super human you wont get that high of a deadlift natty or otherwise

>lifting for 1.5 years
>soon to be 5plate deadlift
>working towards 4 plate squat
did i get into lucky zone?

>Tfw 4pl8 squat and 5pl8 dead and boy

If by 8 plate you mean 765 lbs no that will almost certainly not happen. You wont even get that high let alone have abs. If you mean 405 yea that's achievable for sure

im 18 and been lifting for 6 months and i have a 5pl8 deadlift w/straps though kek

Nice, how tall are you?

5'9 heh

No, you got fat.

>200lb+
Yep
>and strong
Definitely
>8 plate squat
Nope. Not natty. The biggest dudes in my gym cap at 5 plate squats and they all roid. I've never ever seen a 6 plate squat or deadlift at my gym, not in person.

I have seen a 5 plate bench though.
No, you're just e-statting and half squatting.
post body, because no you don't.

Also, post a deadlift with good form, because I can already bet you're cat backing and forcing that shit up with the worst form on the planet, if you can even live up to your claim.

whatever u say

Same, I'm 18, 5'8, 135lb and I've been hitting 3.5pl8 deadlifts after only being 9 months in. I'll be at 4 plates within my first year of lifting.

Bench and squat are another story, however...

WOOOOOSH
*HEAD*

mate he was referring to 4 plates on either side.

According to the roided up in fantasy land living fat fucks on /plg/, yes, according to actual real life studies and training methods, hell no.

hell yeah, keep it up, you're also a lot leaner than me lmao

Being 5'8 gives you an advantage with deadlift compared to taler guys, especially if you have a shorter torso. Less back needed, more ass used and anybody can lift 405 on a leg press with some work.

Might add romanian deads if you are missing the back action.
