6 ft. Anything taller and the < 5 ft girls will think you're too tall. Harder to look big too if you're taller. Also, most really tall guys have shit posture because they've gotten used to looking down at manlets and short girls all day.

I'm 6'1" and it great and all, but I never get height-based mires. 6'3" or 6'4" and you start to get seen as a god if you're built alright.

But I can still tell you about 6'2" is ideal.

6'2" as a single trait doesn't guarantee an easy life, but if I could pick my height this is it.

Anything beyond that might have some benefit, but it's diminished returns and even negative returns at some point. 7ft might help in like 0.0000001% of life situations - so in general 6'2" is good all around.

Honestly, 6'2". Stands out around normies. Go to a concert and 6'2 stands out. Most model agencies vie for 6'2 as standard height. Most sports besides basketball, 6'2 is a prime height. Girls casually drop 6'2 as ideal height if asked. Girls are so rarely close to 6'2. If even close to this height, girls are limited to fucking giants, but at that point, who the fuck wants a 6'3-6'4 girl. Get her tall ass on the court. 6'2 is optimal.

I'm 192cm (that's 6'3-6'4) and I've only been with short girls. it's a myth that tall girls go crazy for tall guys. they're usually with average height guys who are barely taller than them or the same height.

This is absolutely not true for anyone below 5'9". Maybe some women won't notice (even then I doubt it) but if you're a man and your eyes are at the same height as most other guys' mouths or throats, it is going to look ridiculous.
I worked at the rec center in college and for some reason all the wrestlers that came through were egregious manlets, I'm talking in the range of 5'5". Most of them were in good shape and carried themselves well but it was so fucking weird to tilt your head downwards to speak to someone the same age or older than you. There is only so much you can do when you are the height of a 12 year old.

Depends, ladders exist so shorter and skinny fit is more efficient and environmentally friendly than fatties or being tall or ripped. More/larger food, fuel, clothes, water, resources in general are consumed by fatties, tall, weight lifters. The non-fat lifters at least have a excuse.

6'2 is the objectively perfect height. Tall enough to be clearly taller than average manlets, but not going into weird too-tall territory.

Generally 5'10-6'2" fit memes aside. There are people that make it work being shorter or taller. I'd rather be a 6'8" freak than a 5'4" one though.
