Going to try "cardio" this summer. Which one should I do, running, cycling, or swimming?
How about all three
Top tier
Rope skipping, swimming
Shit tier
Jogging,cycling
Why are they shit tier tho?
Just jump rope op. I do 15 mins 30sec on 30 off. On weekends I do 30 mins same thing.
I can lift 1/2/3/4 also. This cardio doesn't kill gains.
Meant to say that I do the 15 mins every weekday morning before I got to my desk job.
>HIIT supersets of dips and pullups
All the cardio you need
I'll consider it, I'm not concerned on time constraints though, whatever is enjoyable is fine even if it takes an hour
Incline walking in and hill sprints. Everything else is so fucking gay. Or since it’s summer just go for a walk, I promise you’ll enjoy it.
Whichever one you'll do consistently.
Rowing is fine too.
Cycling is a great middle ground between cardio and muscle gain tho.
he's wrong
Top tier:
Swimming, cycling
>little to no joint impact, does not interefere with gains
Mid tier:
Incline walking, sprints
>joint impact but does not need to be done for long
Shit tier:
Rope skipping, jogging, distance running
>implying rope skipping is cardio
>distance running and jogging are terrible for your joints, especially if you're overweight
i should add rowing to top tier in
rowing is great too.
roadwork

Yes
Swimming, if you can take it seriously and really work on your form.
>not getting your cardio by having sex with dozens of different women each day
Lmao betacucks
how about stairmaster?
It's not very time efficient.
jogging will rek your joints.
cycling will a little less rek your joints.
By rope skipping you give the force through the calves and through your feet to the ground.
Swimming release you from gravity.
Anything but swimming. You don't want the high chloride concentration to come in contact with your prostate/testicles as it has been shown to reduce testosterone production.
Cycling is good but it takes a long time to make it exhausting. That's why I prefer stationary bikes where you can raise the resistance, or at least find some hills outside.
You can also do the kind of videos on youtube that cardio bunnies do, it's pretty cardio extensive and not as boring as jogging.
