Manlets, 2-4 hour training sessions, sometimes twice a day, train from child, steroids.
I do get the gains. I win the debate with my body each time. But it's fucking annoying. What are your gains?

These are the only things you need. Rest are useless. Maybe incorporate some cardio for heart gainz.
Every time I approach the bar to squat, my mind tells me not too, I tell myself it’s to heavy, il hurt my back, I won’t make it back up, etc,
But every time I get underneath it and press that shit back up like my life depends on it, every time my body wins the battle against my mind!
My gains have made me realise,your mind is definitely smarter, but your body is stronger than your mind can comprehend, and it’s potential is unthathomable to your mind! Don’t let that sneaky Jew brain steal your gains user!
