Usually 55 to 60 but right after I've woken up its always higher

Above average. Am a NYR'er who is doing SL on a slight cut, and doing no cardio either. 70" at 235lb now.

59 but I’m hoping I can get it lower on this cut.

Around 80 at the moment. I feel normal.
A-at least my blood pressure is okay (100/60), right guys?

Maybe you have hypotension and your HR is so high to compensate?

I don't think I've ever caught it dip below 95/60, so it probably doesn't qualify as hypotension. Also,
>in practice, blood pressure is considered too low only if noticeable symptoms are present

>tfw below avrage while 18
just fuck my shit up
im not even fat like 11% bf 78kg 180 cm

mines at around athlete/excellent
i saw it go below 50 once or twice after a long time on my computer right before i went to bed
ill go to a heart doctor next week to see if im ok

Your heart rate is high because your body dumps a fuckton of stress hormone to wake you up.
It's an internal alarm clock.
You can learn to wake yourself when you want..kinda but it takes a bit of practice.

>always have embarrassingly high resting heart rate, like over 90
>see this thread, decide to measure for the first time in years
>55
what the fuck, literally the only cardio I've been doing is walking to school. Which, admittedly, is about 5 km away, but still.

47-55

70/120 last time l checked

between 45 and 60

Excellent range reporting in.

Even when i was fat it was only about 70 and now I'm fit it rests in the 50s

im a dyel but it's 60

There's no way this chart is accurate I'm a NEET who gets zero exercise, and mines at 60

>64 BPM

Not bad, could be better

lmao fatties

My resting heart rate is like 45.

lel

I had 80 for my entire life, didnt matter how fit i was. Dunno how to change it?

>Dunno how to change it?

Actually do some cardio if your idea of 'fit' is just having more muscle

45 and I don't do cardio

>obese BMI
>65BPM
you fags had to work for that shit lmao

Well I know, even when I did go for a run 4 times a week it didnt change it.

The advantage of being a brainlet is that 43 bpm is enough to pump blood through your body because your brain doesn't need any

when i'm lean i have about 50 or so and my bloodpressure is super low like 90/60 is that even healthy?

48-56 when waking up.

No. You're quite hypotensive and by the sounds of it hypovolemic as well.

60 in the morning right when I've woken up, and around 80 during the day after I've eaten/had coffee.

That picture is misleading. Having low resting heart rate isn't always an indicator that you are athletic. People with Hypothyroidism tend to have very low resting heart rates but their bodies do not function properly at all.

How long were your runs? Genuinely confused now too if they were decently long runs and somehow didn't acclimate your heart to pumping more eficiently

My heart rate is like 80. I gotta do some damn cardio.

>tfw 51
Nordic skiing is the greatest athletic sport

rip i will never cut again.

Jesus, i'm laying down right now and my rate is 84. What should i do about this?

48
But I have a really low hr, I can get dizzy if I stand up too fast. It also never goes above 175 even at max effort exercises like sprints

Run, bike, elliptical, climb stairs, swim, etc. Do it on rest days

53 right now, was 57 last night a couple hours after the gym

Caffeine?

Thanks. What pisses me off is that i've been to the doctor twice in the last year; they've taken my BP both times and never said anything to me about it being at a dangerous level. I never bothered to look because i assumed they would say something if it was bad.

Right around 50

if anyone asks
i monitor it almost every morning since few weeks because apparently resting heart rate is a marker of overtraining

its always higher during weekends, despite sleeping longer
surprise surprise, saturday is deadlift day, thursdays i do heavy squats

68, I'm hoping that adding more calisthenics and cardio will help me get it down more.

my doc said 70s isnt that bad. also you realize that athletes have 50s heartrates because their heart is strong as shit from doing sport since the age of 5. you arent a world class athlete, it just means you have low blood pressure

~70 bpm with 110/70 bp

yeah sure
i was couch potato till 24years old with occasional casual sports in school
and now this
and i drink fuckton of caffeine throughout the days

keep damage controlling fatty

My BP is 115/59 (not hypotension)
My resting HR hovers between 50-55
I just do a lot of intense cardio

who here /respiratorysinusrhythm/ ?

thats slightly low dude. people only scared about high blood pressure but low blood pressure is just as bad and its even harder to control with drugs

>6'0 150
>bpm is 80

what the fuck
cardio time?

Longest was 12km, but like 6-8km average

Doing 10km runs 2-3 per week.
Often counted 60 bpm after long periods of fuckall.

49bpm sitting at the computer here with my feet up for the past 30 mins

BP is 116/72 average over a few days.

Resting heart rate has always been pretty low even when I wasn't as fit as I am now. Seems to be a lot of people ITT like that. Wonder what it means if anything.

just measured 60bpm

same. Just had mine checked at 86 resting but the cardiologist said it was fine. Seriously doubting how serious he treats his patients health

was 53 when i cycled every day
nurse was mirin lol
