How do you find the motivation to do legs ?

Imagine your mum being stuck under a car
Can't save her if your legs are weak

>Implying you can't row the car with your back

I know this gets posted a lot but I promise I'm not being ironic. You need more than motivation to make it

>Implying my mother isn't the reason why I am constantly insecure and have an odd hate for women

>implying you can't get under and bench the car with your chest

post full body shot plz

I wanna see what a real life captain upper body looks like

Ah yes... Captain SS' greatest nemesis

>implying I wouldn't be driving the car

You have to be a looking like those fucking superheros in cartoons if your OHP is stronger than Squat

I started lifting a little over a month ago, OHP is at 1 pl8 for 3x5 but squat is only 180 for 5x5. I've had lifting experience in the past like 4 years ago but my lifts shouldn't be this unbalanced. Maybe my squat form is wrong. 5'10" 180 lbs btw.

>1 pl8 ohp after 1 month of lifting
Are you using momentum or strict pressing it ?

Seated, back nearly straight, bar touching chest. It's pretty fast I know, took me like 8 months to hit it back in high school but I've done literally no exercise since then. Bench is also pretty fast too at 185,actually above my squat for 3x5.

HOLY FUCK LMAO YOU LOOK LIKE A CARTOON OP

Bro that's one of the oldest pictures on this board

Are you me? My mom played alot of mind games and it fucked me up towards women. Though I'm getting better.

1.75 plate strict press x 2

I can never get 2 plate. Been at it for a year now
