What do you find easier, cutting or bulking?
Bulking, I fucking love cooking. Plus i feel stronger on a bulk which makes sense
cutting
not eating is easy. You don't have to go out of your way to do anything special.
you just... stop eating. go read or take a nap or something.
Bulking. Don't understand these flowers who can barely stuff 3000 calories.
>3000 calories
That's not bulking user that's getting fat
not that guy but my *cut* was 2750.
3000 a day is nothing...
Not doing bad things is passive. Doing good things is active. Active is almost always harder than passive.
bulking is easy you just....keep eating
>Tfw you have to guzzle olive oil to meet your macros
Bulking is stupid easy.
>fairlife red bottle+14oz box of chex (usually corn or rice)
>pepperoni+cheese+arugula+aioli sandwich x2
>lift for 2 hours
>12oz meat+spinach salad (add 4-6 different veg+3 hardboiled eggs)
Manlet confirmed.
For some reason, I half enjoy the masochistic feeling of cutting.
same, im on a bulk right now but its so easy for me to just push through hunger pains
I really feel this
Cutting is better for my wallet
Maintaining
Both feel good to me
I like stuffing my face as much as i like feeling light and clear headed when fasting
I love life
Bulking. Eating is super fucking easy.
Clean bulking
>Not bulking on 3k+ cal
not gonna make it
Anyone who says bulking is probably an American who can get 3kcal meals for less than $10.
I have to spend like $150 a week to fit my macros only to shit out like 500 grams every night. Feelsbadman.
>what is metabolic variation between people
Nigga I slow bulked on 4800 last time around. Lurk moar.
Thought I was the only guy that did this. In my gym I'm known as moc because of my milk/
I almost hit 1/2/3/4 pl8s with a forever cut, never had the chance to bulk. I wonder how it feels like, I absolutely hate eating now, protein fills me super quick and I feel bloated all the time even tho I've lost like 10kg since I started a few months ago
Bulking is just easy hedonism. Cutting takes discipline, extreme protein intake and energy allocation.
t. someone who bulked from 150 to 175 between Jan 1st and March 1st and has cut down to 168 since March.
I think it depends on where we started. Former fat boys will be better at bulking, and former skellies will be better at cutting. Personally, I like bulking more because I used to be fat, I'm good at eating, and I like feeling strong.
Ditto brah but I clean bulked until April and am still 176/177 now lol, fuck cutting, I’ll do that when I’m over 12% bf
Nice man, good job. I just started replacing meals with protein shakes and dabbling with IF a bit. For the first month or two of "cutting" I didn't lose weight but looked visibly leaner, just starting to lose weight now cause more cardio and bodyweight shit. Props though, I'm def still over 12%
I find both pretty easy, maintaining is the hardest one. When you're bulking or cutting you have a goal, when you're maintaining you're just staying in your comfort zone, and eventually you put (or lose) a little bit of weight
Cutting
I don't always have time to cook with my schooling and work and I hate prepping for more than 3 day's advance. I can stop eating as easily as I can stuff my face. But the prep is nonexistent in cutting.
Cutting. Just dont eat.
Cutting is too easy, bulking you eat until you cant and keep eating
Bulking. I'm a fat kid at heart
Cutting is so easy. Just don't eat?? You actually save time even.
Any one that says bulking is harder is a fat fat on a dirty bulk that's likely goes on a couple months longer than originally intended.
