Incline db regular and hammer curls + concentration curls + hercules curls + preacher curls mixing up reps between 6 to 8 1 week to 10-12 another to 15 another.

What went wrong was you gained 15lbs in 4 months when the absolute maximum amount of muscle obtainable in that time is around 7-8lbs and even that's a push youd need to be a new lifter.
You gained probably 10lbs of pure FAT because you were a fat idiot and bulked too hard. That's pretty horrendous considering it's going to take you 2.5 months to burn that off and you still wouldn't have abs as u didn't when u started 2 bulk
