Once you start moving serious weight in deadlift, your lats pick up all the slack and it becomes one big nothing burger exercise.

Any tips for when this particular move just fucking hurts your lower back? My back starts pulling in like hell whenever I try this.

Your lower back is weak. You need to strength your back by doing deadlifts.
