Are lengthy, but very calm/steady bike rides considered good for fat loss and won't interfere with muscle recovery/growth if I train in the mornings but do rides in the evenings?
Like 1 - 1.5 hour slow rides, on average 15 to max 20 km/h constantly talking n shit?
Also what about if I did legs on the same day? Such light exercise is good or should I give an absolute rest for legs in that particular day?
