work on general fitness, go heavy for a while to build up a really strong foundation and then lighten it up until you get the look you want. You look OKAY, but if you look closely- for example the "gap" is pretty flubbery it's not so perfect. Eat better, and work on your compound lifts so you hit your legs and whatnot. you have potential- you'll lose some size in your breasts, but that's probably even better. just my 2c. every lb of muscle will eat your calories for you and provide aesthetics that you want. get strong, then lean out. cardio, swim or run.
