I have

unironically the best mode to start lifting at. 1.5 years in and you'll be beastin. also learn to eat

At 1.5 years I just looked fat starting from 5 9 125, got to around 165

5 10 100 pounds to 120 in 6 weeks and i'm finally looking decent, no gear

Easiest mode to build if you learn how to eat.

track your calories, fitbit is a good app, try to get 3400 calories a day

>Skeletons complain about building
Try cutting down from obese weight. You waste a year or more of time on shitty lifts just to get to a weight where you can start eating and getting stronger. Zero sympathy.

It's literally impossible, i eat till i almost puke and lift every single day, 1.5 hours. and NOTHING, no results ever

start recording what you eat I use to be a skelefag, I have gain 30kg over the last 3 years

Wrong

ffs do GOMAD, lift heavier, less reps

now fuck off

Gj brehs

Just lift for a couple of years and eat 4000kcal per day. We're all gonna make it.

Kek, I’m actually headed to skellymode right now to begin my bulk. 6’0” 163 lbs, aiming for sub 155 lbs

not sure bout dat

So is this is the power of lanklets...

If you want to gain weight you will you fucking dyel. I went from 120 at 6’1 to 200. Try harder.

Women like skinny guys, sorry everybody else.

I am 190 cm tall weigh ~70 kg, am i skinny?

best starting point for actually looking good you dumb whiny bitch

Stop fucking lying, I escaped auschwitz mode natty. You probably eat SOOOOOO MUCH FOOD but you still don't gain any weight, right? I have no sympathy for skeletons that don't eat and don't lift.

I do lift, as i said i lift high intensity every single day.
I just don't add any muscle

Not op but learning to eat is honestly harder than the lifting

Then you dont eat enough.

Shorten your time at the gym to 45-1 hour (not including any walking on the treadmill “warmups”). Lift heavy. Do 5 sets of 5 and on your last set increase the weight and go to failure.

Eat like fucking crazy and stop being a fag. If you have to resort to a mass gainer just fucking do it

Godtier height my dude

Same with me. Started from 68kg to 82kg in 1.5 years. Could be better but my family and friend are mirin

Drink milk boi!

kylo?

So i am normal at least?

>fat fucks complaining about just having to eat less
I could cut from 150 to 130 in 2 months with 0 fucking effort.

that chest is only a fraction of Kylo's

>5 10 100 pounds
jesus christ post pics

vikingmode

My dad did. I'm hoping I can get as big as him.

>I lift every single day
>every single day
Don’t do this. You won’t give your muscles enough time to recover to lift heavier weights next time, assuming you follow a linear progression program like Starting Strength or Greyskull LP. You do at least follow a program, right?

>6 months
I'm gonna need that routine and rough estimation of your diet m8.

I started at literally Auschwitz tier with 110 lbs (at 5'10").

After 5 month now I gained some (but not that much) muscle and weigh in at 135 now, but I also gained belly fat.

I'm kinda scared to go from Auschwitz to skinny fat now which is arguably worse.

are you fucking stupid?

literally me

Fasting my friend
it's spares muscles and eat fat away

I had a skelly friend who tried bulking and was doing okay the first day but on the second night he woke up and started throwing up everywhere . You skelly fucks have it hard.

It says i am 2 kg under, if i drink a lot of water i will be 72 kg

I've thrown up from both eating and lifting since I started a few month ago. But definitely more from eating. After a lifetime of eating too little, you have to push your limits to make progress, both in the gym and in the kitchen.

9 months at 6'0
i just eat

How many scoops do i need to escape auschwitz?

165 lbs. I started somewhere between 150 and 155

I'm 176.37 at the moment & 181 cm
You are my body goal

My son you grew?

Here's my anecdote, I promise it's real with as little amount of exaggeration as possible:

4 years ago I graduated from highschool in complete hungry skelly mode. I was 140lbs +/-5lbs at 6' height with a little bit of definition from having done accelerated gym in HS (I have old spreadsheet records from this time documenting my weight). Once I left for Uni, I became determined to leave skelly beta bitch mode behind and become Chad. So I started doing tons of online research, I upped my caloric intake to 3500 a day and basically went on perma-bulk. I would only lift 4 times a week at the Uni gym, but I made sure to put all my effort into those sessions.

Fast forward to today, I'm now ~200lbs lean mass, all natty, no supplements aside from standard whey protein, with a deadlift of 515lb (3 rep) and a squat of 465lb (5 rep) - these are my proudest lifts. Constantly getting compliments from people and my social anxiety has all but disappeared. The confidence boost has improved almost every aspect of my life. The people at the gym who I used to consider the "muscle heads" are now asking me for spots and chatting fitness, and normies ask me for advice all the time.

So yes you can leave skelly mode behind. Stay consistent and dedicated, track your calories, eat a lot but eat well, and put your full effort into lifts every time you go to the gym. Set goals for yourself and keep your eyes on the prize. As a skelly, you're in it for the long haul, but it'll look really great once you make it.
