all time numbers though are something like 190/120/180@82. Currently running c6w for squat and nucks 3x int for bench just to get back up to numbers

I mean she manipulates my hips and legs some and has me do isolation exercises for the tiny muscles that are relatively weak and contribute for my inbalances like leg raises while on my belly, side lying leg raises, leg raises from plank position, ect... and stretches for my hamstrings and glutes

Godamn im such a gde. I tried to Change to the SS 5 step deadlift because I couldnt Help myself from dropping my hips too low otherwise. But now i miss the defined start a dynamic Setup provides. With the SS Setup, i Just get tighter and tighter in the bottom and psych myself Out. How do i give it some sort of rhythm so my gde Body nows when setup is over and its time to really pull?
