I'm very skeptical about the existence of homosexuality, let alone anything else. At least as a hard category. There are a lot of issues with gays (e.g. AIDS) and trannies (e.g. controversy and many of them having terrible lives) but prohibition didn't work and clamping down on LGBTs won't do them or us any good either.

Just think, if trans people had the appropriate brain for their gender, a few things would be of note
1: diagnosi would not be so iffy, you'd just get a cat scan and be confirmed
