alright lads i dont really want to post my body because its disgusting but i lost a ton of weight and im getting pretty skinny (starting to think arms are looking small), i dont have the biggest ammount of lose skin but i still have some fat around my chest area, should i keep losing weight till this fat goes away or should i maybe bulk a lil bit

I started from skelly and low bf but really didn't have much abs, probably the same as I have now. I've just been doing pic related routine but I only do chinups right now, no rows.

I was a fatass and cut for a long time. No matter how thin i was, i still thought i was fat. (I always liked food, so i was never anorexia mode), but there have definately been times where i was a skelly and still thought i was fat.

You NEED someone else's opinion if you are just starting working out (1-2 years)

Nah, not at all. I work the core quite nicely. It’s just a lot of left over fat from when I was on Paxil and got real fat. Took me forever to work most of the fat off and I still didn’t get it all off.

I do 3 sets of sit-ups once-twice a week. Is this enough for hypertrophy or should I just hit them every time I go to the gym? I'm finally starting to lose my fat and noticing them when I'm not too bloated

Focus more on back width and arm work. A strong wide back is very very important for the overall look.

Sit ups work your hip flexors more than abs desu, shit exercise

Do 5 minutes of planks after each workout, make sure youre hitting your compounds and do a lot of pull ups/chin ups. It'll get you a strong core

Weighted ab work is a must. Try decline crunches with plates or a machine crunch. Bodyweight sit ups get too light too fast. Also bump up the frequency to 2-3 times a week instead of 1-2
