Imagine starting at 100kg and you lose 1 kg in the first week aka 1% of the original weight.
Now another week another kilo but this time you lose more than 1% from the last weight .
see it like this and anyone under 15%bf trying to lose 1 kg had a harder time doing so without losing muscle than you.

How often do you weight yourselves?
I weight myself 3 times a day and write it down.
Once in the morning when I wake up, once after work, and then once before bed.
Like yesterday
195.5 morning
192.2 after work
196.8 before bed.

Sometimes the difference can be even bigger.
I don't know what I'm even doing with any of this information, but its interesting to look at.

This. You need only once a day. After waking up and taking a piss and maybe shit.
Note that weight and build an average for the week or track it with a website that gives a moving average.
Adjust your diet based on the average not on daily values.
Losing weight is something longterm. The average values help you keeping your motivation.

Hi /fat/ - im fairly fit and always has been maybe a bit on the skelly side atm, but not so much that normies would notice.
My question is how are you guys stay so positive? I admire your spirit when i feel something much smaller obstacle would totally paralyze me. I feel so bitter and broken inside and no amount of healthy sleeping schedule, balanced diet, excercise and mental self help guides have been able to fix me. Im also studying something interesting and have had jobs, have a few friends etc.

if you're lying, then you are severely overcounting something.

If you're telling the truth, your body isn't losing any more because it's going into preservation mode. You need to eat more, probably closer to 1500 to make it stop holding on to fat. Either that, or do fasting/keto to force it to burn fat. The act of eating some but not enough calories causes just your issue

most of the people who were able to survive and work at Auschwitz were the most physically capable to do hard labor, and were often soldiers or POW's. They went in with pretty low BF to begin with, but higher muscle mass. They depleted into skeletons because they lost their muscle strength and mass, while very slowly burning reserve fat

Just started to workout this week just some basic workouts with dumbbells not every day but every other day to let my muscles rest and rebuild but im thinking about doing cardio on the off days also im already doing Iintermittent fasting only getting calories from 1pm-9pm and only eating once per day? no soda only water and wyler's light drink

calories in calories out is the only important thing for losing fat. fancy stuff like IF is just for fun and help you hit cico. weightlifting is for strength and aesthetics and cardio is for cardiovascular wellbeing. but in general this seems like a good plan.
if the 'basic workouts' are just curls, you're wasting your time. curls are one of the most boring and useless exercises in terms of health and aethetics

Lads, I've been going to the gym and dieting for around 4 months now and lost around 20kg++, was 142kg. I'm 181cm tall. Went down two sizes for pants BUT I am still huge up top. Is there a way to get rid of loose skin around your chest?

Haven't posted here in a while. Thought I'd update my fat bois and maybe inspire y'all a bit. It's been a year and a half since I came here to this thread and swore to y'all I would triumph. Through out this year and a half I could have made much more progress but I went through a lot of emotional bs during this period and found myself half assing the workouts and dieting. Even with the decline in progress I've managed to make it this far. The image I once had to imagine of myself being fit is beginning to become a reality and it's the best feeling ever.

6 month plateau (or... stall). I should be nearing goal weight in time for summer. Instead I'm just slightly less fat than last summer.
