I'm going to give you simple advice to follow.

1. Eat 3000-5000 calories a fucking day. It sounds easy, but it's a pain in the ass doing it EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY.

2. Lift heavy you fucking faggot. Do shit like 3x5,5x3,5x2,4x5,5x1

3. Respect yourself. You can lift as much you want, but it won't change how insecure you are. Read up on psychology and childhood psychology . You are the problem, not other people. I knew a 5'4 retarded monkey who literally had more respect then you because he was secure with himself and people respected him.

Starting Strength, EAT A LOT MORE, and be CONSISTENT. How old are you? if you're still a teenager there's still hope you can get taller from actually eating enough food. I stopped growing at 18 when I was like 5'10 and pretty underweight. Started lifting, eating and sleeping a lot more, and I'm now 6'1 and 35 lbs heavier

Spot reduction is a myth. Keep doing resistance exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, start eating healthy, like it says in the sticky, and start cardio.

I'll give you looksmaxxing tips

Follow what the dude in that number says about fitness tips

1.) make your voice deep but not tryhard, look it up
2.) grow your hair, get hair long on top, somewhat short on side, not an undercut but a grown out undercut look, dont get a fob haircut, it fucking makes you look like a beta
3.) get your jawline defined or jut your jaw if you lack one. jawline on asian men can make them go up points
4.) abandon glasses if your wearing that
5.) start dressing well (buy clothes from H&M, UNiqlo,zara and what not, as a short dude fashion can make you look more older and more attractive, spend money on well fitting basics like jeans, chinos, t shirts, long sleeve shirts, no logo is a good way, look up reddit mfa, its shit yes, but its a good starting point, instagram is good too)
6.) get a good skincare routine
7.) walk with good posture, straight and natural, look it up on google
8.) drink a lot of water
