first time i went to the gym i did curls
dunno what weight i used but they 2nd lightest or something
did 2 sets of 10 or so and couldn't get them up for the 3rd set
then had to use the women's 1 or 2 kilo dumbbells
couldn't lift them up more then a couple times either

btw entering real 1rep maxes is way more accurate than doing it with number of reps
always try to actually do the rep instead of relying on algorithms
because for instance your form could just go to shit when you're lifting close to your max so your estimated 1rep max could be lower than your actual 1rep max
