Not the OP but am almost him, what is the difference between high rep medium weights and low rep heavy weights isn't the second for powerlifting? please don't laugh at me
Low rep heavy is used for your main compounds. High reps light is used for accessories that generally target 1 muscle group, ie. Bicep curls for biceps
high reps is best for stamina and a lil str,normally low rest time
low rep is str/size,2min+ rest time
you need to build a base cant just go 5x5,form etc..best to go 2months with guidance or post form vids on here and then into low rep.

Mine are just a bit bigger. I don't think they can get at a normal person arm size bro. It's a combination of thin bone + unfortunate fat distribution that fucks you up.

i legit had your physique two months ago, but since i started going to the gym and its not that hard. i gained 2 inches of circumference on my unflexed bicep(was 8, is 10), didn't gain much weight but my goal is mailny to look good and be more healthy. posting my routine, it's close to the one I started with (objective criticism welcome). all exercizes are 3-4 sets*8-12 reps. i got to the gym 4-6 times a week, eat no sugar and drink no caffeine, only supplements i use are protein powder and bcaa(too scared to take creatine of fear i might go bald cause my dad is balding). its much more encouraging and fun to go with a friend. hope this helps

haven't measured, but i think i gained there a bit. people who have commented on my physique have not really mentioned any significant forearm development. add some wrist rollers to the program and you might be good to go. ordered some offbrand fat-gripz from china though, so we will see.

I have chosen 25lb on the basis that the last set I usually get exhausted around 10-12 reps, up from 15lb since january, maybe i'm just expecting too much growth too fast.. just want rounder arms is all
Don't get caught up on the weight .What you want is a serious burn when you're finishing up a set. You're not training fucking curls for a competition. So unlike your squat/dead/bench it's not really needed to get autistic about your numbers and percentages.
Go for a sick pump and soreness. Literally just use broscience on them.
