So I have one of these in my basement. If I do it about 5-8 mins every day it should improve posture, no? It definitely gives you temporary height boosts due to spinal elongation but it vanishes as the day goes on and gravity does its work. But I'm gonna commit to doing it every day in the hopes of habitual elongation leads to semi permenant .5-1 inch height maxing. I'm already 6'1. Need that 6'2 master race status tho.

Similar story here. Was 6’0 when I was teenager. Started to lift at 25. Decided to measure myself at 29 and was shocked, I’m 5’10 now. Went to a doctor, they measured me there to confirm, did a spine x-ray but couldn’t say why I’m shrinking.
