HELP

So I was making sick progress. Went from 155 to 170 in about a months, at around 5-6-7% bodyfat, no dirty bulking or anything. Sadly I got terribly sick and was bedridden for two days, couldn't eat anything without throwing up and promptly lost 10 pounds. Very pissed off. Is there anything I can do to accelerate the recovery process or do I just have to get back to the grind?

You absolutely, 100%, without a doubt, did not go from 155 to 170 and stay below 10% bodyfat naturally.

Actually, a world class bodybuilder on a stack of roids could not gain that quickly without putting on bodyfat.

do you understand how low 7% is? What that would look like on a normal human?

This is fucking 10% and arguably the limit of natural physique

The fact that you have shit genetics doesn't mean that everybody has to, he probably is genetically gifted

>15 pound gain in one month and stayed at 7% body fat

Why would you go on a fitness forum and lie this much?

I've been lifting since I was 14, and I am 18. I've always been extremely lean. I took 7 months off because I couldn't fit it in my schedule but now I'm able to train 5 or 6 times a week consistently with good dieting and knowing what I'm doing.

Lmao, sorry you don't belong here. Come back once you've gained your 180 pounds in a year while remaining 7% bf.

>Thinking you're 7% bodyfat

This shitty commentary isn’t helping, guys. I have no reason to lie to you. Can you please just tell me how to regain my gains?
