I regained 10 years worth of loss on Fin, min, saw and nazural shampoo and it's still coming in thicker and more forward like clockwork. I don't even look like I was ever balding anymore if I style it. Only when it's wet and with direct overhead lighting does it look thin.
I didn't notice anything from ashwagandha but I started it while ona. Test cycle so I would expect that. I just started PCT a week ago so we will see how it does off cycle. I'll get bloods after four months to see how my natural levels are on this stuff.

Honestly, it was a retarded level of dedication after dumping a toxic girlfriend who was bringing me down and feeding bad habits. I dropped about 70lbs of fat and picked up 20lbs of muscle in one year.
I started by throwing away all of the food in the house and started over. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day so that I know exactly how many calories I'm having before dinner and only have to count for that one meal. It makes it easier to hit calorie and protein targets. If I get tired of something, I'll change it up and make that my new every day thing. I have about 10 different dinners that I choose from depending on if in lifting, doing cardio or resting that day.
The biggest thing for me was routine. I did everything at the same time every day so that it became habit and never got pushed off. The results have been awesome. I have had girls tell me that I'm intimidating.

I see so much D3 + K2 on this board but nobody specifies if it's mk4 or mk7. I'm curious if anyone experiences adverse reactions with mk7.
Also I'm skeptical of d3 in general. I get taking it if you literally never get any sun but does anyone actually notice differences in mood/energy? I'm also of the belief that d3 levels can vary drastically between individuals to no real effect. Brainlet theory: the further your ancestry is from the equator, the better adapted you are to function with lower levels, and vice versa. I have a light complexion and just make an effort to get outside (yard work, work on car, go for a run). I do feel good with a bit of a tan, though that's probably totally unrelated to d3. When my diet and sleep are in check, my energy levels are great, so I've never bothered with supplementing it.
Osta is pretty mild. LGD if run for a long time or at a high dose you'd definitely see big drops in T.
