I don't know about you guys but I always just go up to my exes. Doesn't matter how it ended. Always say, "Hey, how are you doing? Nice, nice... blah blah." Make throw a potshot in there like, "Yeah, looks like you need to cardio up," and just kind of smile and laugh in a playful way but they take it serious because it is coming from you. Then just say see you later, going back to doing X.
Trust me, it bothers them a lot more than it bothers you. When you get home to your PC that's when you can let out muh feels and drink yourself into oblivion while shitposting. But in that moment, you have to be strong, playful, kind, and show that she doesn't hold any power over you.
