i trained legs once

I trained natty for 2 years until I realized it was a meme and made more progress in 4 months on a light cycle than 1 year of natty training.

Ive been doing SL 5x5 for 2 months now and see more gains with that then the 6 months i did of a bro split.

All i need is another year and i should start looking good. I also need to ease up on all the shit i eat and alcohol.

Volume + isolation + high reps 12-15 rep sets

when i say volume i mean 2 hour isolation workouts for 1 muscle

I can just about get 65kg for 5x5 one or two sets with 4 reps instead of 5.

If i am doing 12-15 reps what weight would u say i should drop too? How many sets?

weight doesnt matter for shit if you want hypertrophy

its all about volume and pumps
and u need to get alot more exercises going like 5-6 exercises for chest and a shitload of sets if u want that bitch to grow

Yeah progress has been slow... i used to eat a lot and went from 75kg to 84 now im trying to cut down on what i eat and just eat more carbs on work out days as well as protein and cut down on everything else
