why not just not eat and do a water only fast for a few weeks?
Loads of roast veg
Get a head of cauliflower, cut it up, put on oven tray with crushed garlic cloves, pepper it all.
Roast in oven at 180c for a fan, toss it after 15mins,give another 15

that is a lot of calories to be that hungry, maybe need to change what you eat

And i found having oats for breakfast keeps me full for ages

Fasting has been proven to not affect muscle mass as much as people think it does. Look up on YouTube jeff nippard fasting. He quote a lot of credible scientific literature.
Cutting at 2k? You must be like 6'6 or do a fuck ton of cardio.

I usually do tuna with light mayo and dijon mustard to make a somewhat healthy tuna salad which I eat with one (1) piece of toast

When Im cutting, coffee and gum are essentials. Coffee suppresses appetite, and I find chewing gum helps fight some snack cravings.
This to the nth degree. My goto snack is roasted broccoli. 3 cups only has a couple of hundred calories, and that's after some oil and spices.
