I've gotten down to 50, but normally 60. I do about 15 mins of cardio 3x a week.

I just tried, it's around 66 bpm right now. It used to be around 80-90. I don't even do cardio

I race dirtbikes and was running 35+ miles a week. I do a lot of hiit and high volume training.

Recently jumped on test and easing up on cardio and focusing on lagging body parts so i'm sure it'll go up.

My rhr is 108.
Is that bad?

pretty low at the moment... guess im sleepy or something.

I dropped my BMI from 33 to 28 in last 6 months. 3 days cardio and 3 days compounds, 1 day chill. 16-8 intermittent fasting and 48 hours just water every week. Healthy diet full of everything, but no processed food.

Is it too low ?

Mine was about 95 a while ago, I did some cardio sessions 3-4 times a week and got it down in the 70s. Easy to fix man

Resting 53
Cardio 145
Weights 110-120
Sleeping 42-ish

Feels pretty good but sometimes I get a heart palpitations when I've been laid on the couch for a while or just as I'm falling into a deep sleep. Freaks me out but I suspect it's just one of those things.

>just as I'm falling into a deep sleep.

I had that really bad for a while. It was either binge drinking or the complete lack of air in my bedroom, I never really figured out which

I dont even have a heart rate, get on my level

are you sleep deprived

90 bpm rhr rip

Normally at around 75, but at 58 right now because I'm fasting.

Do you even cardio?

42 before i started lifting. Which was 5 months ago. From there i cut in half my cardio workout (which was 7/7). I FEAR measuring it now, probably would be 50.

Actually... believe it or not, i spent 2 years training my cardio to get as close as possible to 40 resting heart rate. Why? Because i'm autistic, and also because i never ever trained specifically my cardio-respiratory system (i had 60bpm steady since when i was 11....) and wanted to know if i could really get my heart down to those levels.

My grandpa, who was a fighter bomber pilot, actually had 40. Died at 76 in 1991.
