Something that could work is that if you get cravings just drink a shit load of water so that your stomach gets sore or whatever. Nothing wrong with drinking more water and it'll make you not want to eat anything.

I know how you feel. I work in a grocery store and the temptation to buy stuff is pretty strong sometimes. I don't really have advice for you other than just don't buy stuff that you'd binge on. I know you said money isn't an issue, but having even more disposable income because you aren't buying shit is better than the bad feeling after a binge.
