So all of your bones remain the same size from birth? Fucking idiot. Maybe your head never got bigger since you were a baby but mine did. Mewing is improved tongue posture and muscles, which improves palate which improves aesthetics. It's slow, like putting a rod next to a tree and tying it to the tree to make it grow straight, or making square shaped watermelons.
Tongue posture affects aesthetics. Luckily my posture wasn't awful and I wasn't a mouth breather, but mewing IF DONE CORRECTLY will show results in muscle in weeks and in bone in years.
