Grow your pecs and lats, it'll fill out the loose skin. Same thing happened to me. Cutting more will only make the loose skin more obvious

It's the story of my fucking life.
Im always one of the strongest guys in the gym, but the guys who lift much less are bigger.
I do DB bench with 50kgs (110lbs) dumbbells for sets of 6. and I feel smaller than the dudes who do it with half the weight.
The trainers at my gym bench less than me and are all bigger.
But look at me: narrow shoulders, wide hips, and I always trained for strength. So that must be it. I've never done pump training.
Also high body fat makes you look smaller. That's my idea anyway. But I've always been frustrated at busting my ass to get stronger and being surpassed by dudes who are far weaker.
Those are 16.5 inch arms, at 22% body fat and 186cm (6'1). Those arms overhead press 185 and do sets of 10 pullups at my bodyweight of 225.

Don't worrt strength training is very different from hypertrophy training.
I also had really heavy lifts but looked like shit before i decided to go brosplit, im sliwly buildijg more muscle

You dont really lose strenght though, i usually hit every muscle group twice a week, chest for example, i do 3x5 2 plates on Mondays and 4x10-12 1 1/4 plates on Wednesday and just try to lift more when im feeling good on monday.
As for cutting and maintenance, you may not make the weekly strength increase you usually do when strength training, but you should atleast keep your 5 reps max.
Strength should never be excluded from hypertrophy
SS with some dumb bell accessory lifts, DB press, DB OHP at higher reps (8-10) etc.
Gradually moving onto a PPL split atm.
Nice amount of mass in there, keep going then cut hard.

and this is today, @ 177.7 lbs. Cut isn't going as fast as I want it to but I'm p sure it's just standard transition shit. Just gotta keep it up and the numbers will keep going down.
Squat keeps getting better, can do a few more chinups than I could before. But goddamn do I hate cutting.

Quit going to planet fitness. It would be fine in any gym I've been to. Anyone that takes bodybuilding seriously also practices flexing and smiling. Several gyms I've been to have rooms with floor to ceiling mirrors just for this purpose.
