1-2 cups of spinach, usually cooked with the leftover oils in the pan and added onto of the eggs/meat combo with some sharp cheddar cheese. I have a horseradish cheddar I get from my store, shits the bomb. If you get tired of the cheese switch to a mozzarella or Munster and top it off with some schriache sauce for spice, if you don't like spice stick with a nice whole ground sugar-free mustard.
If you want to forgoe that just stick with some salmon or other red/pink fish, add some fennel and some avo oil, bit of sliced lemon and crushed black pepper, roast in the oven for a bit depending on the size of the fish fillet. Add a green such of spinach or broccoli, i usually do broccoli and cheese. Good fat content and low carb. Excellent macros there.

i use curry spice and some rice for that, it's a very fortifying meal that will keep you sustained for about half the day since rice (brown) is very filling

You gotta pull the leafy side parts off of the stem in the middle to make kale edible raw. Cut the leaves up and throw out the stems. If you mix a little bit in with other salad greens it's hardly noticeable.
3 or 4 eggs and a couple slices of bacon is like 500 calories or less. Add the cheese and butter you are at 650 to 700. That's not really a lot.
