Doesn't matter just do a push/pull routine and you will get stronger and more aesthetic at the same time.

There is none. Regardless of what DYELS here tell you, you need to get a solid strength base before you lift for aesthetics. Get your OHP up to 135

starting aesthetics

step 1. fix your fucking diet.

step 2. train for strength

step 3. train for hypertrophy


you need to do both step 2 and step 3 together. some heavy lifting in the form of compounds, but also light weight high volume low rest times for hypertrophy and getting sick pumps.

4 day split focusing on weekly PRs with added back off sets in the hypertrophy range. Weighted chins and whatever bodybuilding bullshit you wanna do can be done after your main lifts.

Read SS. Do the program (correctly) until you stall (3-4 months MAX). Then move on to higher volume training

I used to think like you OP, and no there isnt. You NEED a strength base. For me, I could not feel any muscle activation in my chest until over a month of lifting, upon reaching 1 pl8 bench for reps. I could not feel my glutes activating on squat until i was parallel squatting 195 for reps.
After that I started making visible gains. SS helps you quickly reach the weight thats big enough to male your body need to grow.

No idea but judging by that thread one guy said 5/3/1 (not for beginners), the other said a 5x5 (too much volume), and another said GSLP over SS (they're the same)

Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Squats 3x8
Overhead Press 3x8
Barbell Row 3x8
Bench Press 3x8
Preacher curl 3x12
Triceps Overhead Extensions 3x12
Calf Raises 3x12
Ab Crunch (bosu ball) 3x12 (with weight)

Why?

If you're a faggot and don't want to do 3 days the same shit, then just do the retarded PPL 6 days a week from reddit. Don't do SS, too focused on legs, you will become a T-Rex after some months.

This. Sorry but you're not going to get bug by benching 135 no matter what rep range you do it in. Feel free to throw some more arm work into any of the myriad novice routines but, as long as your main lifts are increasing, the accessories are not necessary to drive adaptation.
