Eat clean but dont track. Only good healthy food in my house, I cook all my own meals. Routine is always changing, only do compounds, havnt done an isolation in about 2 years haha. I think sprinting is important.

I am super autistic about my sprinting and I have a very legit schedule i can post when i get home if the thread is still alive in a few hours. I train 3 different types of workouts. Max speed, speed endurance, and lactic power. If you're interested I can explain them further.

If I were you I would absolutely take up running, you have a good body for it. Lift heavier, eat cleaner, and sprint. You will look a lot better in time. In fact I wish I could see your progress because you have a great base for it.

Uphill sprints are fine but I wouldnt yee them as the bulk of your workout. Absolute intensity wont be as high since you cant get as fast. Make sure your form is good or you will not be fast, and you need to be if you want the benefits of sprinting.

We have around the same stats( I am certainly less lean though 5"11 180 12%bf), becoming lean was honestly the best decision I made as far as my lifting career goes. My face and arms look amazing now. I feel better all the time and can lift longer.
