So, i decided i would eat 300kcal excess every working out day from the day i stared lifting. That would have been 4000 kcal a month, roughly what needed to build 8/10 kg of muscle in a year..... boys i was wrong.
The calories needed to build muscles under resistance training are way higher than that. I started from around 12% body fat, i should have eaten at least 500 kcal surplus every single day.
