not OP, but you could wash them a bit less, (obviously) add salt, perhaps some cardamom.
A shake with:
>kidney beans
>unflavored whey
>peanut butter
>a banana
>broccoli
chicken biscuit
rice is delicious there's no need to add anything

I couldn't be further from that in any way. I put curcumin and pepper with some salt into my rice. I don't eat sugar.

Kek sick pre workout meal, literally the worst option pre workout. Fast burning carbs, high sugar and just terrible all round macros. Would be passable as post workout.
Well I salt it obviously, if I want to live dangerously I add some chili sauce
