What the name says. Pic related is my 2 month progress. Gone from 92 kg (203 pounds) to 85 kg(186 pounds). Done a brosplit one month and now I'm doing GSLP. I know the lightning is different in the first one but I think you can still see the difference well. Thought and suggestions appreciated!

Noticeable weight loss!

Been working out for like 2 years. Started from skeleton status. Just started a low-fat 40% Carbs/40% protein/20% fat diet 3 months ago, because a lot of what I had gained was pure fat from fast food, and not as much muscle as I could've had. Change isn't too noticeable in the picture over 3 months, but my body fat % is down from 21% to 15%.

Strength gains have been phenomenal, from my log:

OHDP: 40x8 -> 50x12
Bench press: 115x8 -> 135x10
Squat: 185x8 -> 225x8
Pull ups total 3 sets: 18 -> 30
Dumbbell curl: 25x8 -> 30x10

Pissed off with mine. Stopped lifting for about a year and a half and only getting back on track now. I'd look so much better if I lifted consistently. Let it be a lesson lads.

You should honestly be doing bench/squat/deadlift every day until you aren't progressing every day. Your muscles have atrophied after a life of sedentism. You are going to progress extremely quickly and your muscles are starving to become stronger. You need to take advantage of this time so you can make gains as fast as possilble.

t. lifting since I was 13 for football. I know a lot of the right things and all the wrong things to do because I had a good strength coach for a couple years, and then a shitty strength coach for a couple years.

yeah eating is my biggest struggle, I need to overcome it lest I'll never make it

I do one dedi arm day a week but other than that nah, back definitely improved the most over the year

I just take like 3 gainer shakes a day (protein, oats, milk, ice, fruit of your choice). Fucking great for getting your carbs/proteins up. Some people do peanut butter/olive oil for more fat but I don't need anymore fat in my diet personally.

2 months on a beginner program, I still have chest fat from when I was 300lbs, it should go away when I cut

2 years of progress. Spent a year of lifting on and off, but last year I stated going 5 days a week. Just this three months ago I started taking protein supplements and gained 10 pounds.
I’m planning on going taking 200 grams of protein a day among other supplements and actually work harder at the gym. I’m tired of just fucking around and having no real gains.
Any advice bros?

Looking at my 2016 pics I really miss being super lean, and I'm definitely bigger and stronger now, but it just felt way more satisfying to have more striations/abs showing without flexing. I'm sure if I added more cardio/ab work like I had before I'll be fine, and I'm sure it's the body dismorphia talking. They were just simpler times.
