I did base it off that a little, yes. I know how many sets I need to continue making progress. I know what % of the weight of my top single I need on my backoff sets to hit a given RPE. I know I make better progress with higher rep ranges, and as far as exercise selection goes I know what variations work for where I'm weak on my lifts.

I've completed 3 times and have pulled conventional for all 9 of my deadlift attempts. Nice try, shouoin.

If you have weak, dysfunctional feet, get off your ass and go do athletic things. Push a sled, jump, sprint, do plyos, jump rope or whatever until your feet work.

You're not powerlifting unless you're competing. If you're trying to get stronger, and you wish to do so through the big barbell lifts, then the 4-day Texas Method is excellent for an early intermediate. Don't neglect some upper body accessory work.
