So you missed a workout

So you missed a workout.

>B) Do the workout scheduled for that day?

The missed workout

This

But then you've thrown your whole weekly routine off by one session.

What then?

scheduled, then i do the one i missed on a rest day

Thats why I do full body.

It dont fucking matter.

Who cares, my home gym is always available for be

are you logistically retarded?

if you need 3 days recovery between volume day and intensity day and you miss doing volume day on monday, then just do volume day on tuesday and move intensity to saturday.

next week if you have good recovery start on monday as usual or if you need all you can get just start on tuesday next week.

>So you missed a workout.

no I didn't

>3 days
brain fart, i meant 4 days

I don't really think of it in weeks as much as i think of it as a sequence.

depends how often you work out in a week. if it's 4 or less times then just strike one of your recovery days. problem solved.

This is literally the ideal female physique.

Fpbp

>C)Do the same brosplit everytime

Do both, 2 hour workout ain't a bitch

clothes are holding the look together, she would be disgusting naked to anyone other than you fat fetishists

>m-muh routine and schedules!
fuck off wagie

This.

>weekly routine
My man, picture your routine as training sessions in sequence, and trying to be easy with the calendar.

Fucking bodybuilders man

I don't have a routine so it doesn't matter

low test detected.

You do both:

Only the compound movements from A
Then combine that with the full workout of B.

...then if you're into crossfit, combine the actual exercises. Squat+box hop clean jerk press, Hammer Curls + Lunge backflips

Me too. Planning it out every is totally unecessary if you know what you're doing. It gives you way more flexibility, too. And no, it doesn't affect motivation at all.

B of course. One more rest day, great!

If you disagree, you're simply not working hard enough.

Hence why you have an extended rest period each week so it doesn't persist.

This is only a problem for people who lift every day constantly, and their either don't care and do it for fun anyway, or are geared up and can manage the extra resource consumption for a day or two.

Nah, that was after her loss period and she looked great without clothes.

How she looks NOW is another story. Two pregnancies and going for the FEED crowd has wasted her body.

If I missed Pull or Push - I do what I missed.
If I missed legs - I continue what it scheduled for that day.

My legs are superior to upper body and grow much faster.

However I won't let that happen twice in a row.

>her lactation videos
I don't even care anymore, she's gone from thicc oddity to full on milk truck.

WHO ?=SACEU

>So you missed a workout.
>Next session do you:
>>A) Do the workout you missed?
>>B) Do the workout scheduled for that day?
C) Both, back to back.

I NEED TO PUT MY DICK IN THAT PIECE OF FAT

C) use my rest day to catch up, easy.

I do them both but usually just the key players from the missed workout i.e. the heavy sets of compounds, and keep the regularly scheduled workout the priority.

The reason you do a whole body workout is so that you don't have to think about handling the workouts you miss? You're a retarded person

Do the workout the next day or on my only rest day in the week.

I'd skip a rest day in place of the missed workout.

Just eat a bit more/sleep an extra hour if you are that worried about overworking (you aren't)

who the fuck misses a workout

get off my board pleb

normal individuals with lives.

Mal Malloy

She has a thread up on /gif/ right now.

>Mal Malloy
i didn't recognise her from the face

Her earlier stuff has the hottest "girl next door with ASSETS" look, and now she's a full-blown MILF

Shit, just went to the thread, she's just plain fat.

Yeah she gained weight after having some kids, but she also gained massive milkers so....

she is disgusting now

To each their own my dude.
