That's why I train shoulders too on leg day.

Speaking of leg days, mine are getting boring. Give me some nice exercises I can add to my routine. After squats and deadlifting, my enthusiasm is drained

Focus on quality over quantity. Leg days normally are shorter than other days. With that being said, look into adding some calisthenics. Today I managed to do a pistol squat.

I thought having blood pumping in 2 places was bad? Like a big muscle group like legs and then shoulders?
