I do a 20 minute HIIT on the elliptical. It has a mode that does it for me. 1.15 at an easy pace, then 1.15 hardmode. I'm pouring sweat after 20 minutes.

just do 20 burpees in a row every hour every day and increase it eventually you will be in amazing shape working out multiple times a day is the ultimate Jow Forums redpill

Barbell compounds.
Choose 6 exercises, do 8 reps of each without stopping (with a lightish weight). Try to alternate upper and lower body, and working from the bottom up and then down again (like power clean/press/front squat/press again/romanian deadlift/rows).
That's 1 set. Try doing 3!
Or you could do it 'for time', but there's more injury risk. Choose 8 exercises, as above. Do 20 seconds of one exercise, rest 10 seconds, go on the next (that's quite similar to the tabata protocol, but with barbell complexes).

These guys post sweet circuits, just watch their workouts, download a Tabata timer app that allows you to adjust the intervals, and invent your own. Pick 5-10 movements, cycle through them
