What % milk? And you said mostly, gotta figure out where the superfluous calories are from. Leaner meats and keeping an eye on fruit sugars are good places to look to reduce calories too

I did ppl for like 3 months when I didn't know what I was doing. Switched to greyskull, strength greatly increased. I started stalling out, so I switched to 531 which I've only been on for about 5 weeks. Very slowly inching to 2 plate bench.
