My problem is that I have literally 0 equipment but I want to do something for my lats. So I came up with this idea: If I lay down on the floor on my stomach and extend my arm I'm basically in a pullup position. So if I start crawling around my room like this it must do something for my lats right? I'm open to suggestions regarding this exercise.
Do you not have access to something that can support your weight for pullups? Go to the nearest playground at a park and start lifting dude, it's not hard.

Pull ups or get a bar and do close grip rows. That floor shit won't really do anything.
You could just pull yourself up on a table. You do have a table, right?

>Do you not have access to something that can support your weight for pullups? Nope. >Go to the nearest playground at a park and start lifting dude, it's not hard. B-but I don't want people to see me. >Pull ups or get a bar and do close grip rows. Which part of "literally 0 equipment" did you not understand? >That floor shit won't really do anything. I can actually feel it in both my lats and biceps when I only do it with 1 arm though. All the exercises for the pull day need some equipment. If I had any I wouldn't have this problem. How short do you have to be to do a pullup on a table?
Fuck that he should do it on the lawn or the driveway.

>if I start crawling around my room like this it must do something for my lats right? I audibly chuckled at the image of this. Never stop being you, OP.
Do handstand pushups. Use a wall to brace yourself and get used to the balancing part. Once you do that, it's great for your lats/shoulders/core since you're pushing your whole body weight.
Made my night. Thanks OP. How many reps does it take to get from one end of your room to the other? The length of your free floor space is a limiting factor, you'll have floor pull in supermarket aisles once you outgrow your home.

how do you call this workout?

>And this is our son's room. He's quite the fitness fanatic!

good, but without pants there'd be more friction and greater lat gains.

Someone save the video ,and screen cap the whole thread. KEK Never change fit, never change.
Today OP figured out how to work lats and biceps in an empty room.

ya ya it's not a pulling motion, but bodyweight exercises can really lack in loads. The back muscles are engaged in stabilizing your body throughout the motion, so it's a better workout than other bodyweight exercises with a load of only 20-30 pounds.
Bentley Brooks
i beg to differ

Hmm perhaps you have a point. Putting weight in a backpack can improve that exercise.

>be op >post thread >say I have this exercise to work my lats >crawls on the floor >gets infinite (you) s >lives in a screenshot for the rest of eternity
This is why Jow Forums is the best board objectively!
