Train biceps
Train forearms.
can't they're genetic just like calves
Weighted chin ups have made my forearms blow up.
learn to walk on your hands
just google forearm workout you stupid fuck, you'll get better answers
close grips pullups.
Rock climbing
Buy a motox bike and ride tracks. Your forearms will pump like the jam.
Manual labour really
Deadlifts, pull ups and bicep work aren't enough though. I'm doing dead hangs and standing wrist curls for both sides of the forearm and I've been noticing some results
Wrist rollers would be the best way but I don't have a wrist roller. Sometimes I just roll a dumbbell with no weights at home
So come out of your cave walking on your hands
And see the world hanging upside down
You can understand dependence when you know the maker's heart
>I don't have a wrist roller.
>rope
>sweeping brush handle
>a nail
>masking tape
Train them often.
Reverse curls
Farmers walk
Wrist curls
Just check youtube
I kill my forearms at the end of every workout and it feels great
Have a wank
dadlifts, pullups, curls.
This
Wrist roller and do plenty pulling work too but mainly the roller thing. High frequency, 5-6 days per week, do as many sets as you can without being perpetually sore
>sweeping brush handle
a broom stick?
Wrist curls
Reeves deadlifts
I walk on my feet and my calves are still trash though.
bucket of sand
kek still gets me
Farmers walks and arm wrasslin with your bros
wealthy piano has a video on that.
>thinking it wont get bigger if trained properly
sure some people may be blessed but the vast majority if people can get respectable forearms if they train properly.
>mfw yanks call a sweeping brush a freedom stick
>sweeping brush handle
you mean a broom handle you brainlet? kek
play baseball
user, that is because your calves are already adapted to walking. Your arms won't be adapted to walking, so they will grow in response to the new stimulus.
wtf is this shit
I think my forearms are the only good thing about myself, I honestly think their completely genetic tho
Holy shit, miring hard bro
Damn, those are some nice forearms mayn
Get into wrestling or bjj
If you can deadlift 405+ for reps double overhand you'll have good forearms. not hard, just get some chalk and stop being a mixed grip cuck
Fucking bullshit, stop with this "just git gud on this compound exercise and you will get big ´insert muscle group here´". Cailer Woolam deadlifts 900+ lbs and his forearms are small compared with the rest of his arm. However his back is fucking gigantic, it's all about genetics, and if you don't have good forearm genetics then you should do direct work, or at least include hammer curls etc.
>Cailer Woolam
yeah look at these underdeveloped forearms compared to upper arm
Well perhaps i was foolish in my argument, you are right, in this pic the forearm doesn't look underdeveloped in relation to the upper arm, although if you google him you will see in other pictures that it does look that way, however by this logic that i described in the other post he should have massive forearms, but he simply doesn't.
I turned wrenches for like 8 months and my forearms got huge
Sadly lost them once I stopped

do whatever Licis do, strongest grip in the world right there baby
This. If you want big forearms work on old cars.
I laughed
how tall are you?
besides actual forearm training, rack pulls are great
So from what I can tell from this thread and anecdotal observation, the people with impressive forearms are those who work manual labour jobs for years, and those who are just really fucking strong, and have massive upper arms as well. As it isn't necessarily possible/realistic for everyone to become ridiculously strong, it seems as though simulating manual labour is the best way to grow forearms. This means high frequency, high volume. Find a forearm exercise that you can progress in, I recommend wrist roller, but I imagine that any of the exercises in will work. Just do them everyday, after you lift, better yet, twice a day. or get a job as a bricklayer.
AMA
Calves are genetic because they depend on whether ur ancestors lived in mountainous or flat terrain, why would forearms be genetic m8?
Except substitute the dough with your forearms
So I cut my thumb yesterday, which meant I had to change my grip for my workout today to not use my thumbs. Will this help with forearm gains?
Where do I go to see my own of thy chart?
Go climbing
Everything is genetic, how long and or massive each and every one of your muscles will eventually be (your insertions if you will) depend on your genetic.
It's absolutely obvious seeing some guys who have bigger forearms than others, even if they do zero lifting, that genetics play a huge role in how big they can get.
Crossing your arms.
jack off a lot
how many times did your ancestors jack off
>bricklayer
Choosing to be a dirty manual labourer working a job that no longer exists instead of building forearms by rolling dough to make sweet delicious pastries
the family crust is a cum rag.
You are so weak I doubt you could give good advise.
google symmetric strength
Post your symmetric strength so we can see who has the better forearms
take chest day seriously and you'll ascend these wicked plains user.
Straight bar twists 25/30kg 30secs, repeat this in between 200meter 30kg dumbbell farmers walks, 6 sets of each.
>bricklayer
>a job that no longer exists
Have Amerimutts regressed to living in mud huts now?
too bad when i use tools i never use my left hand... so disproportionate...
this. my calves are big because I jerk off constantly and tense my legs.
parkour
pushups
rock climbing (actually on a mountain, not a gym)
I write lefty but throw things righty so I can comfortably use tools with both
Not sure if that's something you can learn or why I'm like this
> sweeping
> brush
> handle
Deadlifts
Farmers Carry -Trap bar at around 80% deadlift max
Farmers Carry - Dumbbells
Hangs
Grip Trainers
>sweeping brush
>there are amerisharts ITT who call sweeping brushes "BROOOOOMS"
I assume you call scrubbing brushes "Scrooms" too, do you? baka desu
You can't train them to get big.
Dorian Yates, pictured, said he never trained forearms in his life.
I also have retarded forearms just from deadlifts, shrugs, etc and even had big forearms before i lifted.
He used roid you mongoloid, not a good point of comparison.
i stand on tiptoes when i jack off and really try to flex every part of my legs, feels good man, sometimes you time it just right and shoot absolute monsters
broom is an old english word my dude
fucking owned
top kek
we live in delicious pastry huts you third world faggot
Yet you don't post any sage advice on how you got those Elite tier forearms
Forearms are linked to grip strength, if your ancestors needed better grip strength in daily lives you will have larger natural forearms.
Having to climb things or use tools everyday required better grip. If you have naturally big forearms your ancestors were likely peasants
came here to post this. You've never experienced real arm pump unless you've raced motocross before
not rolling bee mochi for those sweet insect protein gains
youtube.com
One
who the fuck would buy those?
maybe because ur just beeing urself?
>still a virgin
About a year and a half ago, I burned out my power steering pump and my car is pretty heavy. At speed, it was fine, but turning in parking lots and neighborhoods was a SERIOUS forearm workout. Arms got huge. Fixed the pump last month, can feel my gains leaving.
Pic related.
Towel pull-ups
14 years didn't work for me
This, don't bother working out either. You either come out the womb a swole musclehead or a scrawny lanklet.
forearms and calves are also the only places I'm blessed genetically, those are monsterous though
