Facepulls - would fix a lot of fit's muhhh shoulder pains
Dumbell Pullovers - Great for chest development/ fairly unknown

Bodyweight triceps extensions on a bar or bench

Mate my gym has a bench specifically for seal rows and I started using it 3 weeks ago. Best variation of rowing by far, I feel my back on fire after the first set. Amazing exercise.

What are some good unknown/underrated exercises for delts?
My delts are lagging.

How are those underrated? Everyone does those.

You know something, that's always been my rule. Even as an oldfag who was around for Cybergenics in its prime (look it up), we always said that if you can do 20 of something it's probably not doing you any good (unless it's a warmup) thus you have to add weight.

Even today, I get on bench and warm up with 20 reps of 1pl. But at 15 it's warm and the last five require more effort to complete.

I always see rugby players doing seal rows when I watch videos of rugby teams in the gym.
