I did shoulders, triceps, and chest. I'm doing a PPL. PR'd on bench at 120lbs for 5x5 so that was cool and I'll be able to go higher next time. Been trying to eat a little less so I can burn fat but still gain muscle b/c noob gains and I'm looking pretty good and my lifts are going up. So overall the training is going good. My arms are getting bigger and I'm beginning to fill up some of my shirts which makes me really happy.
