Pullup. Makes me feel stronk, plus I love the burn in my forearms afterwards.
Runner up is weighted dips.
OHP
I love being able to press more than people squat
The lift is just so alpha
Handstand pushups. Love watching people bust their neck trying to imitate me.
Seated row. Seem to get an all over upper body pump with it
You just like like a retard and they are laughing at you
Pec flies because dat dere chest pump.
THE PRESS™
Lifting a heavy barbell over your head just feels so badass
Push press
Benching. Pretty straight forward and not much to fuck up unless you somehow drop it on your neck.
If you do them with correct form they are the most aesthetic move you can do.

>Like like a retard
Also you are so autistic you stutter when you type
This
Pullups number 1. Can do em anywhere. Compound. Comfortable.
OHP number 2
>You just like like a retard
>like like
>Can do em anywhere
I can't do them anywhere unless there's a solid bar to hold.
Who is this mutt?
This. OHP is the tits. How much do you press user?
Deadlifts, I love the endorphin rush
Deadlift. Nothing makes me feel better than picking up a heavy bar
>picking up a heavy bar
>20 kg
>heavy
ok bud
Cheeky. I like you user. no homo
T bar row
Ohp and bent rows. My upper back and shoulders are severely lacking in strength so it feels good knowing I'm working them. Also very simple form that you cant really get wrong
Weighted chin ups. As a DYEL, doing a lift that I've literally never seen anyone else at my gym even attempt feels nice. Also pumps my arms up like crazy.
Handstand twinkups
DEADLIFT
TFILDAED
snatch imo
t bar rows
12-15 rep hammer curl sets. the pump feels good.
tricep pushdown
snatch
you just feel so powerful sitting down there with 100kg over your head
Same. Pull ups are GOAT.
He'd beat your ass.
Decline bench, makes my tiddies feel better than any other variation of bench and no one ever uses it at my gym so it’s always open
deadlift because i'm a long armed chimp-human hybrid
really going hard on kroc and pendlay rows, these two i do the most but really all kinds of rows. Also as my gym finally got hex bar, I've been feeling doing diddys alot more
>I love being able to press more than people squat
Maybe squat more than normies. I doubt you can press 3pl8, which is the bare minimum for calling your squat "strong".
315 squat is the bare minimum to claim that you lift weights
strong starts at 405
Incline dumbell press. The V-taper doesn't get more significant than that, plus I get to watch myself benchpressing.
Only one exercise is unfair. If I had to pick it would be OHP. Just feels alpha as fuck for some reason.
But I would like to break this down to: Favorite Push, Pull and Leg movement.
Already said OHP for Push
Weighted Chinups for Pull
Deadlift for Legs
Nah, 225 is the mark when you are legally allowed to say you do squats because you've put in the bare minimum of effort to actually lift legs for a couple of weeks. 315 is where "strong" starts (not actually strong but better than 99% of gym goers), 405 and beyond is actually strong.
rows
because
Since there seems to be a lot of squat fags, maybe yee can help me out.
I used to do 3x10 once a week for squats on a bro split for 6 or 7 months.
Now im on SL and squat 5x5 three times a week. I have pain in my knees so much so i have not squat once this week to gove them a rest. Didnt have this issue when i squat once a week.
I squat barefoot lately which helps, push from the heel, straight back chest out head up. But pain persists, its only painful after the work out for days and painful when i bend my leg for any reason.
Hjelp me
Also havent done decline bench in 4 months should i? I dont want a muscle titty chest
your form is probrably fucked
Farmer's walk
Ultra heavy shrugs or behind the neck push press
