Body-fat Percentage Estimate?

Dieted for a really long time and lost about 80 pounds. Thought I would be shredded by now and I'm not. I'm at 162 right now and 5'10", can anyone here tell me what body fat I'm at? I'm not sure if I should bulk or cut.

you're skinny enough cuz, build some muscle before trying to lose more weight

Maybe 17%? I don't mean this as an insult but it's hard to predict accurately when you don't have much muscle. Shredded is probably more like 12% and below. I don't get visible abs until around 14% when I flex and non flexing at 12%.

it kinda sucks bulking in spring and summer but I'd say bulk. keep it clean and try not to fatten back up too much

This is what I looked like at 185 (after losing the first 50 lbs), I don't know what I should do. I'm terrified to bulk because I don't want to get fat again, but I want to be like a lean 165-170. At the moment, I feel like I'm spinning my wheels and I'm not sure what to do.

If you're serious, you need to bulk. But do it slowly; .75lbs a week until you're more comfortable with the process. Also be lifting at least 4 days a week. Props on the weight loss brother. We're all gonna make it

Thanks man. I just want to feel better about myself. I'm not that concerned with getting big, I just want to be lean and healthy. And I feel that 165 and 12-14% body-fat is a realistic goal.

Hmm, what would you say for me? Same weight as OP but 3in shorter.

And you say that now, but the fever may strike you as it struck many others including myself. Anyways i'd say do a 4 day split like /chest/back/legs/shoulders and throw core in at least 2/4 workouts. If you want something more intermediate PPL is good or an arnold split, or plenty of others if you do some googling. Determining proper amounts of volume/weight will be a challenge however.

Huuuuuge improvement already my dude. You've gotta feel amazing looking back at that. Weight loss you can do, now keep lifting and you add muscle too and feel even better.

Hard to say but in the 20's somewhere. You should focus on lifting and raising your lifts each week.

Keep cutting, you're doing amazing. If you start bulking, you MUST have low bf, so it's more easy to gain weight, you'll look better and in the future you'll spend less time cutting the fat you gained while bulking.

You're most likely under 20% but I think you should shave your carpet
