Over Head Press instead of Bench Press

On a side note, how did you wind up with a bar and plates but no rack? A cheap rack doesn't cost much, even for a NEET.

Do mostly compound lifts which don't require any equipment other than a bar & weights, & supplement that with isolation movements if you're particularly concerned with mucular development.

Cleans, clean & jerks, clean & presses, snatches, deadlifts, floor presses, barbell rows, curls, skull crushers. Maybe do zercher squats from the floor or barbell lunges if you aren't fond of the idea of doing Olympic lifts. Definitely do clean & presses at the minimum - even if you only clean the first rep.

Add to this floor presses, clean and jerks, snatches and rows.

powerlifts: hang, clean, pull, front squat
deadlifts

With volume you can get jacked off those three lifts.
Ideally though you need to find somewhere to do pullups and you need to buy a dipping belt so you can add some weight to those pullups.

With those four lifts, done with good volume, you can get bigger, stronger and look better than most guys with a gym membership.

no, you won't get a jacked upper body with ohp and some stabilizing work from deadlift alone. he still needs something that will engage the pecs to a significant degree (some makeshift dips would be optimal, but floor press will do too) and a pulling movement for the upper body

Alright, true. Put in some floor presses for pecs and rows for the back.

But I would still suggest finding some way of doing pullups. You can get a doorframe bar that will easily support your weight plus 20kg. If you're doing 20kg pullups for 8 reps you're sorted for back work.
Then you can also do hanging leg raises which are incredible for abs.
