nothing wrong with that

Greyshit is just a meme shit version of SS, an actually good program.

I am doing ICF, feel like switching to PPL though.

that's just your opinion

gslp is objectively better than ss
>p-post body, never gonna make it

>user why are you wasting your time with those weights?
>don't you know you have to do at least 10 reps like Chad to get any muscle?
>come do yoga with me
>we can do machines after we're done
>what do you mean you shouldn't stretch aren't you worried about getting hurt?
>don't you know you're gonna get fat from drinking all that milk and doing deathlifts instead of planks?
>user you can't even plank for a minute?
>user you aren't even doing cardio aren't you working out to be healthy?
>user you can't even run a mile... you're so out of shape
>user I think you've gotten in worse shape since you started working out a couple months ago maybe you should see a doctor
>so you're saying some guy named Mark told you to eat hamburger helper, ground beef, and milk and you'd put on 30lbs of lean mass from it?
>user you're so weird I'm going home

Enjoy your slow progress, brainlet

Johnny Pain is a hack

Its literally the same thing, you only switch the lower with the upper lifts. You can still add powercleans in GSLP you brainlet.

t. did both and enjoyed the journey

>I run westside

>Gotta do at least 10 reps to get any muscle
I call bullshit.
5 reps with higher weight.

>not doing 5 reps with higher weight then doing a drop set with 10 reps

don't do that
icf is great for novice

what’s wrong with stretching?

>gee doc look at all the progress i'm making in the deadlift and squat and clean
No one in real life cares

Ivysaur's beginenr program works a lot better for me than Greyskull

Attached: 1507942029969.png (481x584, 31K)

Squatting twice a week and Deadlifting only once a week makes for slow as fuck progress, especially when novices can do both on the same day.

>Some redditor with a Pokemon username knows better programming than one of the greatest, most legendary strength coaches on the planet

Really made me think

>squating and deadlifting on the same day
Also just alternate it then like with bench and overhead press

Iirc, high rep ranges build muscle mass more than strength per se

Great argument, bro.

>one of the greatest, most legendary strength coaches on the planet
who are you talking about here?
please dont say mark

This is the book about Jow Forums's suggested beginner program

Attached: JX1E7.jpg (1024x768, 154K)

this is the book of plebbits recommended program

now which one do you think is more professional, the blue book showing a man doing an exercise with an informative name that describes it, Starting Strength
OR
The one with a cartoon character on it named after an 80's cartoon magic castle?

>1 year of SS+GOMAD

One has a common complaint of T-rex mode surrounding it
The other has never been complained about

>He doesn't know to supplement a basic routine.

It's pretty funny. When Jow Forums started out, there was one tripfag who had a hardon for rippetoe so he suggested SS to everyone, and now it's treated as gospel.

>hurr durr t-rex mode
read the book. you are meant to do arm accessories after the main lifts.

You don't judge a book by its cover.

everybody judges a book by it's cover, it's the face of the book. it's the way a book tries to get people to read it. it's why books have well designed covers.

What do you think this book is judging by the cover?

True

It's a fact

False

underrated

A book I wouldn't want to read.

>Being so much of a beta that you let branding and meme sites affect your exercise routine

all that pushing with so little pulling and no rear delt work will leave you with fucked up shoulders and posture

>my routine is a brosplit routine with occasional heavy lifting

Holy shit shut the fuck up, all LPs are the same, doesn't pick one

>Even numbers

Gross. You only get real strength gains with odd number sets/reps

What's best for aesthetics as a beginner?

would he not look a lot better if he just cut?
