I always put my whey in blender. That way it will get so small that it turns into whey molecules that evaporate into the air.

Basically Im 24/7 hotboxing in whey vapor

>cup of 2.5% milk
>1 whole banana
>2 scoops of whey isolate
>1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
>blend

515 kcal, 49g carbs, 11g fat, 57g protein. Best way to start your day.

it's powder bro

do you think it'll hurt the blender?

Don't forget to add some ice cubes in summer for a nice and refreshing drink

No, use a shaker. Not memeing. A blender's action breaks up protein chains. Protein gets broken down to amino acids by the body, but this is a chemical process. Mechanical action on the level of a blender destroys molecular bonds, leading to a percentage of unusable amino acid segments.

>not adding a scoop of peanut butter
What's your malfunction?

>2.5% milk
America must have low milk quality standards

The common things i hear about putting them in a blender is hereThat's why I'm asking.

Minus the cocoa powder but this is my go to for whey drinks

Almost same as mine
>cup and a splash of whole milk
>half banana
>1.5scoop whey isolate
>1 serving PB powder
>1/2 cup oats
>flax seed
>multivitamin+devil's claw

Source, faggot.

hardgainer: add in more calories and blend
potential-fatty: mix and put in container.

I'd say if you're going to blend it, add some fat to slow down how quickly it passes through, or maybe do a protein blend.

This except 3,5% milk

this guy is retarded or just trolling you don't worry about it.

Food scientist here, i dont see any reason why putting protein shake powder in a blender would be bad.

Mine is
>2 cups milk
>2 scoops protein
>1 banana
>1/2 cup oats
>about 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter
>cacao powder
>cinnamon
>ice

About 950-1000 cals, 87g carbs, 37g fats, and 69g protein
It's high in calories atm because I'm bulking and am having trouble finding good calorie sources.

>A blender's action breaks up protein chains
never heard something so stupid, do you retard realise the size of a protein chain and how they are connected? only chemistry can alter a molecular compound.

Proteins are macromolecules. Literally some of the biggest molecules known aside from DNA. One of the unusual properties of these is that mechanical action can break then up instead of only chemical action or ionizing radiation.

I did and only found one single result regarding blenders and breaking up protein chains and it said it was bullshit. Post a source or fuck off.

It'd permeate the protein mixture with electrical infetterance, not something you'd want user.

This is why people who think they can deduct the results of complex processes by their limited knowledge and some logic are so damaging.

my blenders blades are very sharp

Denaturation is not the same as breaking peptide bonds to form single amino acids
