Its true, minute rest times etc just waste so much time, you need like 20 seconds per set, takes me 30 to 40 minutes tops for a workout ever since I quit wasting time, also good heart gains

30 is an exageration. but if your just lifting, 50 should be plenty. adding in conditioning, cardio, etc can add that up, but you should definitely not take more than 40-50 min unless you have piss poor conditioning

I can get a great workout in 20 mins if I’m rushed before work. Push day the other day was 2x8 or 2x12 on all- incline DB, overhead press, skullcrushers, lateral raises, push downs (both rope and bar). Done in 20 mins.

But jokes on you I do have piss poor conditioning
